Every sunrise inspires me. When I walk onto the beach, at any location, I’m always expectant of an exceptional display of light.
Surfers Paradise beach is a beautiful location. It is popular with joggers, photographers, and dog walkers. It lends itself to versatility for photographers, due to the impressive length of the beach.
The sunrise was lengthy, inspirational, and dramatic, with a tension between the clouds and the light from the sun.
It was a productive shoot. I moved my tripod fairly frequently, extracting the best light. I walked away knowing it was a moment that was good for my soul.
