Miraculous Moments

Join me in experiencing my adventures and excitement on my photo shoots, as I unwrap my journey involved in capturing images that linger, whilst reflecting spectacular scenery that soak the soul with peace and hope!

This beach is iconic. It was my first visit and I will definitely be returning to do some more shoots at Surfers Paradise beach.

The weather was calm. And the sunrise was spectacular. Normally I wear waders, but on this occasion I stepped into the ocean, with bare feet, the temperature of the water was warm.

As I waited for the sunrise, I shifted my tripod on numerous occasions as the beach is well illuminated. My intention was to avoid the shadows cast from my tripod.

The temperature was mild for a mid winter morning. People were starting to walk on the beach. I waited and watched carefully for the best light.

As the sunrise evolved, I continued to move my tripod to various areas on the beach. It is advisable to experiment with light and location.

I always look for a point of interest. On this occasion, it was the buildings on the foreshore of Surfers Paradise that literally twinkled in the early light and released impressive reflections across the shallow water in front of me.

It was a sunrise and location to remember. I had the time of my life, experiencing new territory. The world is my playground. I become immersed in the moment.
