What a wonderful way to pass the time, watching the world go by whilst capturing the beauty of Manhattan.
Although the weather was icy, I enjoyed myself, witnessing the passersby having fun and attempting to keep warm.
The light changes dramatically just before sunset. I captured this image soon after I arrived at DUMBO (Down under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass).
As it was a windy afternoon, whilst using filters, the clouds have a dramatic effect as the filters intentionally blur their movement!
