As I was standing in Lake Wanaka at Glendhu Bay, South Island, New Zealand I turned around and noticed a dusting of snow on the mountain ranges.
It did not take long to arrive at my destination, Mt Aspiring National Park.
The snow clouds were starting to make an impact on Treble Cone mountain range. My tripod, camera and filters are always at the ready.
Parking my vehicle on the side of the road, I positioned myself to capture some incredible landscape scenes. It was a memorable photo shoot.
The sheep were intrigued by my presence. The mountains were spectacular as they were becoming thicker with snow.
Heavy snow clouds descended on various mountain ranges around me. The moodiness of the clouds add a dramatic effect.
As a landscape photographer, I love the wide open spaces, combined with exchanging life stories with people on my photo shoots.
South Island, New Zealand, is a photographer’s dream as there is an abundance of beauty in a considerably small island.
Thank you for liking my work.
