Wategos Beach, New South Wales, Australia, is an idyllic location for surfers, walkers and photographers.
This beach is popular with photographers due to the incredible light conditions as well as when the tide becomes full. The ocean surges towards you at an accelerated rate. Surfers are prolific, from dawn to dusk, particularly when the offshore wind makes its presence felt.
I captured this shot during the middle of my photoshoot. Wearing waders is an advantage as I can position my tripod and camera in the water and kneel down and compose my shots appropriately. The colours of the clouds are intriguing in the way they are blended together.
Thank you for appreciating my work!
