Treasured!

It was my desire to capture Norah Head Lighthouse, Central Coast, Australia, at sunset.

Whilst I was on business, I had an opportunity to drive to this inspirational beach.

Arriving with time to spare before sunset, I prepared myself for my photoshoot.

Observing the waves and the influence of the wind is imperative, being able to interpret what I can expect as I commence my shoot.

The wind resembled a breeze, perfect conditions.

I stretched my tripod on the shoreline to its maximum, extracting as much colour as I could from the reflections.

As I shoot everything on manual, I most certainly pushed the manual focus to its ‘edge’, with the fading light.

What an experience. The seagull and the lighthouse added to the dynamics of the evening.

Thank you for appreciating my work!
