The Spit, Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia, is an incredible beach. It is conveniently located to where I live, whilst it is popular with dog owners as they are permitted to explore the area and to enjoy the water, without being restricted by their leashes.
The pier adds added interest to the already spectacular location. It is very popular with fishermen and women. Sunrise on this morning, was very dramatic with low level clouds adding to the mood.
